Jersey DIPS is a registered charity based in Jersey, Channel Islands, dedicated to promoting the health benefits of swimming and water-based therapy for individuals living with mobility issues, those recovering from injury or surgery, and anyone who can gain physically or psychologically from therapeutic swim therapy sessions. The charity recognizes that water exercise can provide gentle, supportive rehabilitation, improved mobility, increased confidence, and enhanced well-being — making it suitable for adults of all ages, people with long-term health conditions, and community members who may find traditional exercise challenging.
Jersey DIPS offers swim therapy sessions in a heated therapy pool at Mont à l’Abbé School in Jersey, taking place from 4.30pm to 6pm on Mondays and Wednesdays each week.
To participate in the Jersey DIPS swim therapy sessions, you will need to become a member by completing our membership form. This form must be countersigned by a medical professional. Bring the fully completed form along with the annual membership fee to your first pool session. Remember, each year you will be required to renew your membership.
Join Jersey DIPS with an annual membership fee of £25 (payable by cash, cheque, or bank transfer). Each swim therapy session is just £3 (cash or cheque only). Please note that we do not accept card payments.
There is a lifeguard supervising each swim therapy session at Jersey DIPS. You use the pool on your own accord, alongside any other members who attend that session. This generally provides a social aspect for our members as well as rehabilitation. We do not have a booking system, so you can attend at the time that works best for you and use the pool. We do not recommend more than 30-40 minutes in the pool due to the temperature.

Please park in the Mont a l'Abbe School car park, where there is plenty of parking available. The entrance to the pool, where we hold our Jersey DIPS swim therapy sessions, is down the path to the right of the main entrance. We will let you in once you arrive.
